Irish Dancing Eastbourne

Hi. I am an Irish Dancing Teacher based in Eastbourne. I have been Irish Dancing since I was nine years old and it is my one true passion in life. For years I have been dancing under the An Comhdháil Damhsa Rince Gaeilge. However, you don't just become a dancer overnight; this takes years and years of hard work, dedication and practice. A lot of personal time is required to develop this dancing skill. I have attended three different dancing schools over the years and this has given me the opportunity to broaden my horizons with various styles of dance steps. It has always been an ambition of mine to open a dancing school.

I aim to deliver to everyone a vigorous programme where all ages feel catered for and supported.Irish Dancing is a wonderful, fun and enjoyable hobby that is very healthy providing wonderful exercise. Irish Dancing strengthens all muscles in the body and your movement and co-ordination comes together collaboratively overtime. Children and adults of all ages welcome from 3yrs+.
